Fresh produce represents the main source of antioxidants and phytonutrients in our diets. We believe in providing fruits and vegetables that are grown in accordance with the natural world and are free from harmful chemicals. At Island Natural, we are committed to providing local and organic produce that represent a new level of quality.
We have decided to add select non-organic produce items to our section because it can be difficult to source certain organic items throughout the year. Organic fruits and vegetables are clearly labelled.
April 2012: Island Hothouse Cucumbers, Pepper, Tomatoes and More are beginning! Island Hothouse is a great Vancouver Island food producer providing us with bountiful and flavourful vegetables all spring and summer.
